2235 BLEND POLYOL is an environmentally friendly blend polyol for the production of discontinuous panel,its blend polyol for cold room sandwich panel.
When it combined with isocyanate(PM200) leads to the formation of rigid polyurethane foam. The foam formed has the characteristics as following:
HFC-245fa blowing agent, ODP is 0, environmentally friendly.
Excellent heat resistance, long service life.
Good thermal insulation performance, high compressive strength.

Package and Storage Information
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire.
Recommended storage temperature: 15～30℃.

Direct contact with 2235 type blend polyol can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken.
Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.).
Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
The Blend polyol Used For Continuous Panel can be stored in 200KG/steel drum, 1000KG/IBC or IBC Tank
