POP45 Polymer Polyol for Mattress is an inactive polymer polyol modified with a styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) polymer with a solid content of approx 45% by weight. It effectively combines a high solid content with low viscosity.

The POP45 Polymer Polyols can also be used for the production of conventional slabstock foams with very high load bearing properties.

1. Solid content of (50±2)%, with excellent tensile and tearing performance, and the foam products are not damaged or discolored when heated at 220°C for 1 minute.

2. The products are stable, have good operability, and can reduce the amount of silicone oil needed in the formula.

3. The products have low viscosity, do not become viscous when in contact with water, and produce foam with neat, uniform pores, low density gradients, and thin bottom skin.

4. The foam products have an extremely white color, and adding colored pigments can improve the freshness of the sponge.

5. The foam products have extremely low VOC, meeting the low-odor requirements of high-end sponges.

The key benefits are that the polymer products are easy to operate, require little change to the foam formulation, which is beneficial for large-scale sponge foam production. The low viscosity and even mixing of the materials result in uniform and tidy sponge cells, with low density gradients. When handling to the POP45 Polymer Polyol for Mattress,

Flash point is above 200°C (open cup method), flammable but non-explosive. In case of fire, put out with foams, dry powder, steam or water.

When handling polyols, avoid exposure to eyes or prolong contact with the skin. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water. If skin contact occurs, wash exposed areas thoroughly with soap and water.
