Spray Polyurea Elastomer

High performance polyurea spray coating is a solvent-free, non-polluted and eco-friendly coating material developed for environmental protection requirements. The applying method is fast and simple. Polyurea coating features with excellent physical properties, i.e. fast gelation speed, low temperature curing, high hardness, good toughness, aging resistance, anti-corrosion, good adhesion to the substrate and etc. Polyurea coating froms an elastic protective film on the surface of the substrate to reach the demands of high physical properties, ultra-wear-resistant and solvent-resistant.

It is integrally formed without seams, and can achieve the required thickness at one applying (one layer). Not only applied to cement, metal, wood, etc., polyurea resin can also be used as a protection coating for polystyrene PS and polyurethane foam (PU Foam).

Spray Polyurea Elastomer is an elastic substance formed by the reaction of component isocyanate (A) and component mixed resin (B). Its most basic characteristics are waterproof, anticorrosive, wear-resistant and weather-resistant.

Component A can be an aromatic isocyanate or an aliphatic isocyanate.
Component B is composed of terminal amino polyether and terminal amino chain extender, and component B must not contain a catalyst.

Spray Polyurea Elastomer is a two-component, A and B components react to form urea bonds, and the structure of urea bonds is symmetrical, with stable characteristics and excellent bond energy, making polyurethane has excellent characteristics and is very stable.

The vertical surface, top surface and any curved surface can be continuously sprayed without sagging.Polyurethane elastomers do not require a catalyst.
After 5 seconds, the walking intensity can be reached in 1 minute.

2.Insensitive to temperature and humidity
During construction, it is less affected by ambient temperature and humidity.When spraying polyurethane elastomers, the ground material can be constructed at a low temperature of -40℃ and high ambient humidity, and can even be cured on water and ice.

3.Two-component, 100% solid content

Spray Polyurea Elastomer does not contain any volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and is environmentally friendly. It is non-toxic and non-polluting in construction and use. Spray Polyurea Elastomer is known as "green materials and green technologies".

5.Excellent chemical resistance

Spray Polyurea Elastomer can withstand most corrosive media (long-term soaking of acids, alkalis, salts and seawater), especially in the state of high temperature and concentrated alkali (NaOH 30%, temperature 90℃) for a long time, the physical and chemical properties of polyurethane will not change qualitatively, and it is an excellent heavy anticorrosive material.

7.Good weather resistance and aging resistance

Aliphatic Spray Polyurea Elastomer is not eroded by ultraviolet rays and is not easy to turn yellow. Although the aromatic Spray Polyurea Elastomer is yellowed, it has no chalking and cracking, and is resistant to the alternating shocks of cold and heat, wind, rain, frost and snow.Outdoor use can reach 30-50 years.

8.Excellent decoration

Various colors and dyes can be added to make products of different colors at will.The surface of the coating is smooth, dense, continuous and seamless.Adjusting the process parameters, an orange peel-like surface can also be obtained.
