Using
After the High Wear Resistance Polyurethane Prepolymer is vacuum degassed at 80-85°C, it is mixed with melted MOCA, degassed, poured, and vulcanized for molding. It is suitable for manual operation and mechanical molding.
High Wear Resistance Polyurethane Prepolymer should be stored in a dry, low-temperature place and protected from moisture and moisture during use.
High Wear Resistance Polyurethane Prepolymer after opening should be used up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it is best to seal it with nitrogen.
The shelf life of unopened prepolymer is 6 months.
If you want to add color paste or other materials, please keep the water content of the additive below 0.1% and consider the compatibility of the additive.
