TPU Extrusion

TPU extrusion is the process of heating thermoplastic polyurethane material until it softens, then shaping it using an extruder, and finally cooling it to form the desired product.

Extrusion TPU granules are typically supplied in cylindrical or lentil-shaped forms.

TPU has excellent elasticity, wear resistance, tear resistance and compression resistance, can withstand high-intensity mechanical loads, and is suitable for applications that require high durability and high-strength materials.
