Our special-grade polyether polyol is specifically developed for rigid polyurethane foam applications in pipe insulation systems. It is designed to deliver excellent thermal insulation, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability under both low and high temperature conditions. This polyol, when reacted with polymeric MDI, forms a dense closed-cell PU foam, ideal for thermal pipeline insulation used in district heating, oil and gas pipelines, chemical process lines, and cold chain logistics.

The foam system made with this polyol offers low thermal conductivity, strong compressive strength, and excellent adhesion to steel or plastic pipe surfaces.
