Polyurea waterproofing is include the isocyanate (A) component and mixed resin (B) component.

Component A can be aromatic isocyanate or aliphatic isocyanate.
Component B is composed of amino-terminated polyether and amino-terminated chain extender, and component B must not contain catalyst.

Polyurea waterproofing is a two-component material. Components A and B react to form urea bonds, and the structure of urea bonds is symmetrical, with stable properties and excellent bond energy, which makes polyurea excellent and very stable.

Aliphatic polyurea is resistant to UV erosion and does not easily yellow. Although aromatic polyurea may yellow, it does not chalk or crack, and it withstands thermal shocks and the alternating impacts of wind, rain, frost, and snow. It can be used outdoors for 30 to 50 years.
