Antistatic Agent For Polyurethane is an internally added antistatic agent. The appearance of the Antistatic Agent is liquid.
Antistatic Agent For Polyurethane is usually used in polyurethane products that require excellent electrostatic attenuation value and surface resistance.
Antistatic Agent can eliminate static electricity in the production process or product use.
Antistatic Agent is suitable for microporous elastomer,slow rebound PU,Casting PU, Adhesive,Emulsion polymerization,Spraying foam,Coating and other polyurethane products.
Characteristic
Permanent antistatic agent, it can quickly exert continuous antistatic effect. There is no pungent odor, and it has no effect on the performance of the product. Internally added,non-migratory products,it continues to exert anti-static effects.It is well compatible with other additives and can be used as a dispersant for toner. It cannot affect the transparency, viscosity, hardness,fluidity and other properties of the product. Safe,environmentally friendly,and free of phthalates,liquid state,easy to add.
Application
Antistatic agent should be mixed with polyurethane prepolymer. Other component should be added after mixed well and bubble released. It is not recommended to add to other components.

Packaging and storage
1.The standard packaging is 30kg plastic drums.At the same time,in order to facilitate transportation, various specifications packaging can be provided according to customer requirements.Please comply with local regulations during transportation.The antistatic agent is a non-hazardous substance,but please do not mix it with food and food additives in transportation.
2.Store in a cool, dry and unopened place.Shelf time is 1 year. Please use it within 3 months after opening.Avoid direct sunlight,in order to extend the use time, please do not store in an environment higher than 40℃.If the storage period is exceeded, please do a performance test before use.
Environmental certification
1.This antistatic agents comply with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Regulation FDA21VCFR177.1520, which involves restrictions and requirements. For contact with the final food, the infiltration limit under the specified conditions of use can be found in Clause (c) of the federal regulations.
2.Refer to the requirements of the 2011/65/EU Directive, IEC 62321-5:2013 Ed.1.0 ICP-OES test ROHS quantification.The product does not contain 1) Lead (Pb) 2) Cadmium (Cd) 3) Mercury (Hg) 4) Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) 5) Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) 6) Polybrominated Biphenylethers (PBDEs).
3.The REACH regulation and the (ECHA) list issued by the European Chemicals Agency commissioned SGS to test that the content of 197 substances of high concern in the products meets the requirements set out in the current REACH regulation and related supplementary provisions.
Safety
Care must be taken when handling molten polymer to avoid burns to hands and other exposed parts of the body.Within the recommended processing temperature range, a small amount of smoke may be generated.When the resin processing temperature is too high, more degradable products will be produced.Adequate ventilation devices should be used in the work area to remove smoke, and the disposal of waste must comply with local and national regulations.Scattered splashing products are in danger of slipping, and the materials scattered outside must be swept away immediately to prevent pedestrians from slipping.
