MDI and polyester based polyurethane prepolymer is consist by Components ABCD.
Component A is polyol, B is polyurethane prepolymer which ended up with isocynate, C is Butane-1,4-diol, D is catalyst.
Polyester based polyurethane prepolymer is castable polyurethane systems. Polyester based,MDI terminated, castable prepolymers.
Polyester based polyurethane prepolymer has the characteristics of good operability, wide hardness range, good wear resistance, excellent oil and abrasion resistance,resilience and excellent mechanical properties.
Polyester based polyurethane prepolymer offer advantages such as recyclability and reduced environmental impact, making them a preferred choice over conventional alternatives.
The elastomer has good wear resistance and resilience, and can pass through the material.

Processing Procedure
A, B, C, and D are added to the tank separately. After vacuum degassing, they are poured into the mold. When adjusting the color, the pigment is added to the A material.
The A, B, and C materials are carefully sealed and stored to prevent moisture absorption.Please use it as soon as possible after opening or store it in a nitrogen seal to prevent deterioration.
Mixture temperature: 45～50℃, vulcanization temperature: 80～95℃, release time: 30 minutes (can be adjusted by catalyst).
Other usage of the MDI polyurethane prepolymer
Foams: MDI prepolymers are extensively used in the production of both flexible and rigid foams for furniture, mattresses, automotive seating, insulation materials, etc.
Elastomers: In the manufacture of elastomers, MDI prepolymers can be used to produce footwear, seals, rollers, etc.
Coatings and Adhesives: MDI-based coatings have excellent wear and chemical resistance, suitable for various industrial applications. MDI is also an essential raw material for producing various high-performance adhesives.
Sealants: MDI prepolymers can be used to produce sealants used in the construction and automotive industries.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place and use up as soon as possible after opening;
If it cannot be used up at one time, it shall be sealed with nitrogen;
The second opening needs to be used for defoaming, and the original storage period is six months.
