Pouring operation matters (Special moldless rotary pouring equipment)

 

A, Raw material preheating: Preheat the raw materials to be used according to the parameters in the above Table 2.

B, Prepare two chain extender components, 2-65 and 2-95, according to the parameters in Table 3.

C, Start the vacuum pump of the equipment, and perform stirring and vacuuming operations on the prepolymer and chain extender components. When there are almost no bubbles on the liquid surface, relieve the pressure with dry air or nitrogen.

D, According to the parameters of the equipment metering pump, the size of the pouring port (flat mouth), and the diameter of the rubber roller, set the corresponding pouring flow parameters and perform metering calibration. Note: The normal speed range of the metering pump is 45-120rpm to prevent distortion of the metering pump.

E, According to the thickness of the PU coating layer, set parameters such as the rotation speed of the rubber roller core, the moving speed of the mixing head, and the inclination Angle of the pouring port.

F, Post curing: 7 days at room temperature (≥25℃) or 2 hours at 100℃.
