It is suitable for producing low hardness rubber rollers, tire filling compounds, molded rubber parts, industrial caster wheels, and similar polyurethane elastomer applications.

MDI and Polyester Prepolymer is a versatile, easy to use system designed for a wide range of polyurethane applications.

 

Its low viscosity ensures excellent flowability and allows for convenient pouring at room temperature, enabling efficient processing and fast production cycles.

 

Compared to TDI-based systems, it offers superior mechanical properties including higher tensile strength, tear resistance, and solvent resistance along with outstanding wear resistance.

 

The MDI and Polyester Prepolymer System consists of four components:

 

Component A: Isocyanate-terminated prepolymer

Component B: Polyol

Component C: Curing agent (1,4-Butanediol)

Component D (optional): Phenylmercury neodecanoate, used to enhance performance when necessary
