The ore mined in mines is irregular and has a large particle size, which cannot be directly ground into a ball mill. In order to reduce the cost of a ball mill, the ore must be crushed to a later stage before being put into a ball mill for dissociation. The dissociation stage before entering the ball mill is the crushing stage of beneficiation. The general crushing process is: coarse crushing ->medium crushing ->screening, and the screened material ->ball mill; The sieved material ->finely broken ->re screened, which is a common three stage, one closed circuit crushing process.
Generally, a jaw crusher or a rotary cone crusher is used for coarse crushing. Before the raw ore is put into operation, crushing should generally be carried out, with a particle size not exceeding 650mm. In order to effectively control this particle size, polyurethane screens (also known as polyurethane screens) that meet the size of the crusher are installed at the crushing inlet for effective control. By controlling the particle size, the bearing capacity of the jaw will be reduced, which can effectively protect the jaw plate and prevent the truck from crushing.
