Concentrated High-Efficiency High-Gloss Mold Release Agent for polyurethane panle
A colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid with a color value (Fe-Co) of ≤3, a density of 0.935–0.975 g/cm³ at 25°C, and a viscosity of 70–170 mPa.s at 25°C. It is insoluble in water but soluble in various solvents such as dichloromethane, white spirit, gasoline, and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent oils.
Features and Applications :
CUBD-TM06 is a highly concentrated, efficient, and universal mold release agent for polyurethane, particularly suitable for cast polyurethane elastomers.
Its key features include:
Chemical Stability and Non-Corrosiveness: CUBD-TM06 is an inert compound that does not corrode or damage metal or plastic (e.g., polypropylene/PP) mold surfaces. Long-term use will not affect the glossiness of the mold, making it especially ideal for manufacturers producing pulleys with metal and PP molds. It remains chemically stable without decomposing even under prolonged exposure to high temperatures exceeding 120°C, effectively preventing the mold fouling issues commonly associated with standard organic silicone release agents.
Low Dosage with Excellent Release Performance: As a highly concentrated agent, it can be diluted 10–20 times before use. It offers high release efficiency; a single spray or brush application allows for 3–5 repeated demolding cycles. For polyurethane skateboard wheels produced using cup molds, the parts can be easily released simply by blowing with an air gun.
Superior Product Appearance: It provides excellent lubricity on various mold surfaces and forms a thin, uniform film. The resulting products feature a smooth, glossy finish free from defects such as dullness, localized stains, or streak marks, making it highly suitable for manufacturing high-gloss surface products.

Usage:
It is generally recommended to dilute the product 10–20 times using solvents such as white spirit, gasoline, dichloromethane, or aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent oils. It can be applied via spray gun or brush.
Storage:
Packaging: Available in 25 kg and 200 kg drums.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse. Keep away from ignition sources and direct sunlight.
