Automotive field: It can be used to manufacture automobile tires, shock absorbers, dustproof and other components to improve the comfort and safety of automobiles.
Shoe material field: Used to make high-performance sports shoe soles, which provide good wear resistance, elasticity and support.
Other fields: It can also be used in the manufacture of solid tires, rubber rollers, elastomer plates, etc.
TPU
Shoe material field: It is widely used in the soles, uppers and other parts of sports shoes and casual shoes to give shoes good flexibility, elasticity and wearing comfort.
Pipe field: Used in the manufacture of various hoses, such as fire hose, oil pipeline, water pipeline, etc., with good flexibility, wear resistance and weather resistance. Film field: It can produce packaging films, protective films, mobile phone screen protective films, etc., with high transparency, flexibility and wear resistance. Other fields: it is also used in the manufacture of seals, casters, cable sheaths, medical equipment, etc.
Precautions
CPU
Storage conditions: Prepromers and chain extenders usually need to be stored at low temperature to prevent autopolymerization. The general storage temperature is between -10℃ and 5℃.
Operating environment: The processing process needs to be carried out in an anhydrous and oxygen-free environment, because the moisture will react with the isocyanate group and affect the product quality.
Curing time: The curing time is greatly affected by temperature, humidity and other factors, and the process parameters need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the product is completely cured.
TPU
Storage conditions: Long-term exposure to high temperature and humidity should be avoided to prevent material degradation and aging. The general storage temperature is between -20℃ and 40℃.
Processing temperature: The processing temperature needs to be strictly controlled. If it is too high, it will cause the material to decompose, and if it is too low, it will affect the fluidity of the material and cause molding difficulties.
Additive use: When using additives, pay attention to their compatibility with TPU to avoid product performance due to additive precipitation.
Recycling: Although TPU waste can be recycled and reprocessed, multiple recycling may lead to material performance degradation, and the number of recycling times needs to be reasonably controlled.
