Water-based 951 Polyurethane Waterproof Coating is a new type of waterproof material . Due to its excellent performance, easy application, reliable waterproofing effect, and long service life, it has been widely used in various waterproofing and seepage-prevention projects.
Water-based 951 Polyurethane Waterproof Coating uses VAE (vinyl acetate-ethylene) and acrylic copolymer emulsion as the base material and is modified through a specific process. It combines the high elasticity of organic materials with the durability of inorganic materials.

Product Features
1.Water-based, single-component packaging, color adjustable; can be diluted with water during application; a polymer curing-type product.
2.Strong adhesion to substrates; the coating film has wide adaptability to different surfaces.
3.Environmentally friendly, solvent-free, and non-toxic and odorless after curing.
4.High tensile strength and elongation, excellent integrity of the waterproof layer, and strong adaptability to substrate cracking and deformation.
5.High solid content, low density, low consumption per unit area, and cost-effective.
6.Excellent resistance to cold, heat, chemical corrosion, aging, and mold.
7.Especially effective in bathrooms, water tanks, wall waterproofing, and repair works.
Application Scope
This product is suitable for national key projects as well as general waterproofing applications, such as roofs, color steel sheets, basements, civil air defense projects, kitchens and bathrooms, culverts, tunnels, bridges, and pools. It can also be used for corrosion protection of metal pipelines, workshop floors, pools, and for bonding of wood floors, cement boards, asbestos products, fiberglass products, ceramic products, tiles, etc. It is also applicable as a joint sealant for building structures.

Construction Technology
Surface Preparation: The substrate must be flat, solid, clean, and free of visible water,Internal and external corners should be formed into arcs. For old roofs, the damaged and blistered waterproof layers and dust should be removed. Depressions and damaged areas should be leveled, and leaks should be pre-treated. There must be no visible water. Special parts such as water outlets and expansion joints should be sealed flexibly first. The coating sequence is typically corners first, then vertical surfaces, followed by large areas.
Primer Application: Mix water and coating at a weight ratio of 1:3 and stir evenly. Using a primer improves the coating's penetration into the substrate and enhances adhesion.
Coating Application: Rolling, brushing, or scraping methods can be used. A thin-layer, multi-coating method is recommended. Each coat should not be too thick. Typically, 3–4 coats are applied, with a total thickness of 1.5–2.0 mm. Each layer should only be applied after the previous one has dried and formed a film. Reinforcement fabric should be applied to weak spots.
Inspection and Repair: After each coat is surface-dry, conduct a quality check. If there are missed spots or blisters, they should be repaired.
