In recent years, in order to meet market demand, blend polyethers have become a highly specialized product. It is made of one or more polyether (or polyester) polyols, special catalysts, foam stabilizers, and foaming agents and other additives through secondary compounding.
Combined polyethers are mainly used for large-scale mechanical production of specific polyurethane foam products. For example, combined polyethers for hard foams dedicated to refrigerators and freezers, combined polyethers for soft foams dedicated to continuous and box-type production, combined polyesters for various polyurethane soles, and special combined polyether (polyester) polyols for the production of molded cold-ripening, semi-rigid foams, self-skinning foams, and RIM foam products. The main raw materials of combined polyethers are one or more polyols and polymer polyols. These raw materials are respectively input into the mixing kettle in proportion from several storage tanks using metering pumps and stirred at 40~50℃ and under the protection of dry nitrogen. Various compounding additives are metered into the mixing kettle in turn through storage tanks and metering cylinders, and put into the adjustment kettle after mixing. Make necessary minor adjustments based on actual needs and differences in batch mixing.
