Polyester TDI100 Polyurethane Prepolymer for PU screens is a polyester-based polyurethane prepolymer, formulated from adipic acid based polyester polyols and TDI100 (toluene diisocyanate). This prepolymer belongs to the TDI series of polyurethane systems and is widely used in various industrial and manufacturing applications.

Using of Polyester TDI Polyurethane Prepolymer
Mainly used for producing screens, rollers, casters, molds, pistons, scrapers, couplings, and pipeline linings.

The shelf life of unopened prepolymer is 6 months.
If you want to add color paste or other materials, please keep the water content of the additive below 0.1% and consider the compatibility of the additive.
