The finished elastomer maintains stable Shore 70A hardness after full post-vulcanization. This moderate soft-hard balance delivers excellent vibration damping and noise reduction effects, perfectly matching automotive suspension bushings, shock limit blocks, anti-collision buffers and chassis elastic pads. It filters road vibration effectively without sacrificing load-bearing stiffness, greatly upgrading vehicle driving comfort and lowering interior noise. With 45% rebound resilience, it absorbs impact energy repeatedly during long-term driving cycles and avoids permanent sagging or hardening.

Formulated with MDI polyester prepolymer, the material owns premium mechanical indexes far superior to ordinary natural rubber and low-end PU materials, solving frequent abrasion & cracking pain points of moving auto accessories:
Tensile strength up to 41 MPa and breaking elongation of 580%: withstands frequent stretching, torsion and impact on drive shaft buffers, clutch damping elements without fracture;
Ultra-high angle tear strength at 80 KN/m: resists crack expansion under bumpy road loads, ideal for thin-walled elastic automotive sealing components;
Low DIN abrasion loss of only 22 mm³: significantly reduces wear of auto trolley rollers, door anti-collision blocks and brake auxiliary wear-resistant parts, cutting vehicle maintenance and replacement costs. Stable modulus data (3.7 MPa 100% Modulus / 6 MPa 300% Modulus) guarantees consistent bearing capacity for chassis load-bearing accessories under long cyclic compression.
3. Excellent oil resistance fit for engine compartment & powertrain parts
Polyester molecular structure endows finished auto parts with prominent resistance to engine oil, gear oil and grease erosion. Unlike common rubber that swells, softens or cracks after contacting lubricants, X3016 elastomer retains stable size and mechanical performance. It is applicable for oil-resistant shock pads, transmission elastic gaskets and power system sealing rings installed near engines and gearboxes.
4. Stable, controllable casting process suitable for mass automotive production
The system adopts pre-formulated A and B two components without extra addition of curing agents or catalysts on-site, minimizing formula errors in mass production of auto accessories:
Clear reaction cycle: 5 min gel time and 35 min demold time, supporting continuous assembly line casting; post vulcanization at 90℃ for 16 h fully activates all material performance;
Separated standardized preheating parameters match raw material characteristics: X3016A transparent liquid needs no homogenization after heating; solid X3016B only requires simple electric stirring after melting to eliminate layering defects;
Both components support vacuum degassing, producing void-free auto elastomer parts with uniform internal structure and stable hardness batch-to-batch;
Fixed mixing ratio (A:100 / B:141.34) simplifies weighing operation for workshop workers and avoids performance fluctuation caused by mismatched proportion.
5. Long shelf life reduces raw material inventory loss for auto parts factories
Sealed drums can be stored below 30℃ without special constant-temperature warehouse: X3016A prepolymer has a 6-month shelf life with stable NCO content; X3016B polyol curing agent reaches 12-month storage life, no premature curing or performance degradation during stockpiling. It lowers inventory capital occupation and waste risk for auto component manufacturers.
