1. Fast curing and high construction efficiency
- Polyurea materials react quickly (usually a few seconds to a few minutes to dry on the surface), can form a film quickly, and are suitable for projects with tight schedules or continuous construction.

2. Excellent physical properties

- Humidity sensitivity: Excessive humidity on the base surface may cause bubbling of the coating or decreased adhesion.
- Temperature limit: Low temperature (such as <5℃) requires preheating of the substrate or material, otherwise the curing speed will be too slow.

- There are fewer color options (mostly single color), which may fade slightly after long-term exposure, and an additional protective layer is required to improve the aesthetics.

5. Difficulty in maintenance
- If it is partially damaged, it needs professional equipment to repair, and it is difficult to cover it directly like a roll.

- Recommended scenarios: projects with high requirements for waterproof performance and fast construction (such as stadiums, underground projects, industrial floors), or complex base surfaces (such as special-shaped structures and areas with dense pipelines).
