The hardness of BQ3243 can be adjusted by MOCA and TMP.

Processing Procedure
The curing agent is melted and mixed with the curable polyurethane prepolymer composition at the same time, the mixing temperature is controlled at 75~85°C, the mold temperature is 120°C, and the vulcanization is 16h under 110°C.
Storage
1. The curable polyurethane prepolymer composition should be stored in a low-temperature and dry place, and avoid moisture and water vapor during use.
2. The curable polyurethane prepolymer composition after opening should be used up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it is best to seal it with nitrogen.
3. If you want to add color paste or other materials, please keep the water content of the additives below 0.1%, and consider the compatibility of the additives.
