TDI Polyester Polyurethane Preploymer Hardness 60A is a two-component polyurethane elastomer material, component A is a yellow transparent liquid, component B is a colorless transparent liquid.

1. Mixing ratio and temperature:

- The mixing ratio of A:B is 100:100 by weight, to ensure a balanced ratio.

- The recommended mixing temperature range is 35°C to 50°C, which helps to ensure the best mixing uniformity and curing effect.

 

2. Viscosity:

- At 50°C, the viscosity of component A is 400 mPa·s and the viscosity of component B is 800 mPa·s, indicating that the material has good fluidity and is easy to process.

 

3. Gel time and curing time:

- The gel time is 30 minutes and the curing time (100°C/h) is 12 hours, which is suitable for rapid processing and use in industrial production.

 

4. Hardness and mechanical properties:

- The hardness is 60±2 Shore A, with moderate flexibility and strength.

- The tensile strength is 7 MPa, showing strong tensile resistance.
